Who are the best units in Anime Expeditions?
Dark Mage (Sovereign) ranks first overall, followed by Shadow (Divine), 8th Sword (Berserk), Crow (Black Fire) and Puppet (Telekinetic). Dark Mage is the notable one — it out-ranks both launch Secrets while only being Mythic, so its pity is 400 summons instead of 10,000.
What is the best Mythic in Anime Expeditions?
Dark Mage (Sovereign), which is also the best unit in the game overall. Puppet (Telekinetic) is the best Mythic a new account can realistically get, because it is on the Beginner's Banner and the Beginner's Quest event grants a guaranteed Mythic for free.
How often is this tier list updated?
After every balance patch and new unit release once a reliable source publishes structured rankings or stats. Summer Siege (Update 2) is being monitored, but we do not invent placements for new units before source-backed tier data is available.
Why are some units not ranked higher despite being Secret or Exclusive?
Rarity is how hard a unit is to get, not how strong it is. True Saint (Holy) is Exclusive and sits in C tier because it does not appear anywhere on the official community tier list, while Dark Mage is "only" Mythic and ranks first in the game.
Should I reroll in Anime Expeditions?
Usually not. The Beginner's Banner runs eight Mythics at 12.5% each and finishing the Beginner's Quest event grants enough tickets to reach guaranteed Mythic pity — so every account gets one Mythic without rerolling. Redeem codes for Gems first, then decide.
