Overview
Crow arrived with the Villain Update (0.5) and went straight into the official Top 5, ranking under DPS and Support. The thing that matters most about Crow is not its power level, it is the clock: it is pulled from the limited Villain Banner using Villain Coins, and that banner leaves when the event does. Everything else in the top tier will still be obtainable next month.
Why S tier: S on raw placement, but the ranking is secondary — a limited Secret that ranks Top 5 is worth prioritising purely because the window closes.
