Overview
Hollow (Blaze) is the game's dedicated Burn unit: its whole design is amplifying Burn application through the Austere Flames mechanic, which synergises rather than working in isolation. That earns it a spot in two official categories — 13th in DPS and 4th in Utility — and it is the Utility placement that matters, because Hollow's damage is delivered over time rather than up front. Judging it on a damage number alone undersells it, which is why it reads as weaker than it plays.
Why B tier: B. Genuinely useful and double-ranked, but it sits near the bottom of the DPS list and its damage-over-time pattern is slower than the burst the hardest content demands.
